Terms & Conditions

Our charges are based on two considerations: the loan amount and the complexity of your individual circumstances. We will provide you with a free initial consultation and we will always explain what you will be charged before you decide to proceed with an application. As we offer a bespoke service our fees can vary.

We do not charge any upfront fee. Fees are charged either on offer stage or on completion which will be clearly mentioned at the beginning of the process. Our maximum fee is up to 4% of the loan value depending on the circumstances.

Different lenders pay different amounts depending on different commission models. For transparency, we work with the following commission models: fixed fee, fixed rate of commission, percentage of the amount you borrow and rate for risk (this is based on the risk profile of the business).

These fees apply to regulated mortgages. Certain mortgages, primarily most buy to let and commercial mortgages, are not regulated. Fees for non-regulated mortgages can vary depending on your requirements and circumstances.

We are a credit broker, not a lender. We work with a panel of lenders. We will earn commission from the lenders and this amount varies between lenders.
